I like what +Melissa Bender is doing even though she showed me just how weak my core really is..
However, after doing the video this morning, I realized there are a few things all fitness vids really should have:
1) Music. Makes or breaks a workout vid IMHO
2) Audio. A mic is really important, as is post-audio cleanup.
3) Ideally, two or three people make a vid awesome. It should always include the totally inflexible dude so we know how to “modify”, the completely flexible gumby girl (to see where we might get someday), and the “normal” person – whatever that is.
Have all three of the above, like the #befit videos, and they’ll be in my playlists.
