Morning Motivation

Sometimes, you’re feeling lazy. Maybe you had a rough night, or your motivation is just lacking. What do you do to help you get out the door? What do you do to keep motivated to push through those intense weeks of training?


For me, watching the new Ironman Full Circle videos has done wonders to get my butt out the door earlier and earlier in the mornings, so I can finish my 4,5,6 hour bikes and 1,2,3 hour runs and still have something left of the day.
